    We are currently experiencing a service outage that began around 1:40 AM CST. Our team has investigated the issue and identified the root cause to be with our upstream provider.

    We are in active communication with the provider, and their engineers are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, since this issue lies outside of our infrastructure, we are awaiting their fix before full service can be restored.

    We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We will continue to provide updates as we receive more information from the upstream provider.
